התקן
אנחנו פועלים לפי תקנה 35 לתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013, ותקן ישראלי 5568 ברמה AA, המבוסס על הנחיות WCAG. האפליקציה נבנתה לטלפונים ולטאבלטים ומשתמשת בכלי הנגישות של מערכת ההפעלה (קורא מסך, הגדלת טקסט, ניגודיות).
מה הונגש
- ניווט מלא במקלדת ובקורא מסך: לכל כפתור אייקון יש תווית.
- כפתורים גדולים המתאימים ללחיצה בשטח, גם בכפפות.
- הטקסט גדל לפי הגדרת הטלפון, ומצב כהה ובהיר לפי המכשיר.
- צבע אינו אמצעי יחיד להעברת מידע: לכל מצב יש גם טקסט או סמל.
- עשר שפות וכיוון כתיבה מימין לשמאל ומשמאל לימין.
מה עדיין לא הונגש
- סרטוני ההדגמה של התרגילים ללא כתוביות. עד שיהיו, לכל תרגיל יש הוראות כתובות.
- הלוח הטקטי (ציור על מגרש) דורש מגע או עכבר. המידע שבו מופיע גם כטקסט בתוכנית האימון.
- סרטונים שילדים מצלמים באתגרים אינם מתומללים.
אנחנו משפרים את זה בכל גרסה. אם נתקלתם במכשול, ספרו לנו ונמצא דרך חלופית.
פנייה בנושא נגישות
אימייל: [email protected] (בנושא: נגישות). מאמנים והורים יכולים לפנות גם דרך הכפתור "משפטי ונגישות" בתפריט החשבון באפליקציה. נשתדל לענות תוך שבעה ימי עסקים.
הצהרה לפי החוק
SINAI Club מופעלת על ידי עסק קטן. כל עוד העסק עומד בתנאי הפטור שבתקנות (מחזור שנתי ומספר משתמשים רשומים), חובת ההנגשה המלאה אינה חלה עליו, אבל אנחנו מיישמים אותה בכל מקרה. ההצהרה תעודכן כשהמצב ישתנה.

The standard
We follow Israeli Regulation 35 of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and Israeli Standard 5568 at level AA, based on the WCAG guidelines. The app is built for phones and tablets and works with the operating system's accessibility tools (screen reader, larger text, contrast).
What is accessible
- Full keyboard and screen-reader navigation: every icon button has a label.
- Large buttons made for use on the pitch, even with gloves.
- Text scales with the phone's setting; light and dark mode follow the device.
- Colour is never the only carrier of meaning: every state also has text or a symbol.
- Ten languages, right-to-left and left-to-right.
What is not accessible yet
- Drill demo videos have no captions. Until they do, every drill has written instructions.
- The tactics board (drawing on a pitch) needs touch or a mouse. Its content also appears as text in the session plan.
- Videos that children film for challenges are not transcribed.
We improve this with every release. If you hit a barrier, tell us and we will find another way.

Statement under the law
SINAI Club is run by a small business. As long as it meets the exemption conditions in the regulations (annual turnover and number of registered users), the full accessibility duty does not apply to it, but we implement it anyway. This statement will be updated when that changes.

מי אנחנו
SINAI Club היא אפליקציה למועדוני כדורגל, למאמנים ולמשפחות. המועדון שבו הילד מתאמן הוא בעל המידע ומחליט על השימוש בו. SINAI Club מחזיקה את המידע ומעבדת אותו בשביל המועדון, לפי המדיניות הזו.
איזה מידע נשמר
- על הילד: שם, תאריך לידה, כיתה ובית ספר, קבוצה, תמונה (אם ההורה העלה), אנשי קשר לחירום ומי אוסף, הערות שההורה כתב למאמן, הצהרת בריאות כשהמועדון אוסף אותה באפליקציה.
- מהאימונים: נוכחות, הודעות היעדרות וסיבתן, דירוגי המאמן והערותיו, מדידות, יעדים אישיים ודוחות התקדמות.
- מזירת האתגרים: תוצאות שהילד או ההורה רשמו, וסרטונים רק אם ההורה אישר צילום.
- על ההורה: שם, טלפון, שפה, ההסכמות שנתן ומתי.
- הודעות: הודעות בין המאמן לבין הילד וההורים, כולל הודעות וואטסאפ שהאפליקציה פותחת.
למה
כדי לתכנן ולנהל אימונים, לעקוב אחרי ההתקדמות של הילד, לעדכן את ההורים (ביטולים, שינויים, משחקים), ולשמור על בטיחות הילד באימון. בסיס השימוש הוא ההרשמה למועדון וההסכמות שההורה נותן באפליקציה.
מי רואה
- ההורים הרשומים של הילד: כל מה שנוגע לילד שלהם.
- המאמנים של הקבוצה ומנהלי המועדון.
- הילד, אם ההורה פתח לו חשבון.
- שחקנים אחרים במועדון רואים שם פרטי ואות משפחה בטבלאות השיאים רק אם ההורה אישר. סרטון של ילד מוצג לילד אחר רק בדו-קרב שבו שניהם השתתפו, ורק אחרי ששניהם העלו.
- אנחנו לא מוכרים מידע ולא מעבירים אותו לפרסום.
הגנה על ילדים
- אין ערוץ פרטי בין מבוגר לילד: ההורים תמיד בתוך כל שיחה עם הילד.
- יומן ההודעות נשמר ואי אפשר לערוך או למחוק אותו, גם לא על ידי המאמן.
- אפשר לדווח למאמן על סרטון בלחיצה.
כמה זמן
- סרטונים נמחקים אוטומטית אחרי 90 יום. שיא מועדון שהמאמן אישר נשמר כל עוד ההורה מאשר צילום. ביטול אישור הצילום מוחק את כל הסרטונים של הילד.
- ילד שעזב: ילד שאין לו קבוצה ולא הייתה לו פעילות שנה מלאה, הפרטים האישיים שלו מוסרים אוטומטית. נתוני אימון נשארים בלי שם.
- יומן ההודעות נשמר גם אחר כך, בלי שם הילד, לטובת הגנה על ילדים.
הזכויות שלכם
- לקבל את המידע: בהגדרות האפליקציה ← "הורדת המידע". מקבלים קובץ עם כל מה שנשמר על הילד.
- לתקן: את פרטי הילד מעדכנים ישירות באפליקציה. דירוג או הערה שנראים לכם שגויים, פונים למאמן.
- למחוק: בהגדרות ← "בקשה למחיקת המידע". מנהל המועדון מקבל את הבקשה ומבצע אותה.
- לבטל הסכמה: צילום, הופעה בטבלאות ודו-קרבות, בכל רגע בהגדרות. כל שינוי נרשם עם תאריך.
אבטחה ומיקום
המידע נשמר בשרתים של Supabase באיחוד האירופי (פרנקפורט), בתקשורת מוצפנת. כל גישה מוגבלת לפי תפקיד: הורה רואה רק את הילדים שלו, מאמן רק את הקבוצות שלו. סרטונים נשמרים במאגר פרטי ונפתחים רק בקישור זמני.

Privacy Policy
Who we are
SINAI Club is an app for football clubs, coaches and families. The club where the child trains owns the data and decides how it is used. SINAI Club holds and processes the data for the club under this policy.
What we keep
- About the child: name, date of birth, grade and school, team, a photo (if a parent uploaded one), emergency contacts and pickup, notes the parent wrote for the coach, a health declaration when the club collects it in the app.
- From training: attendance, absence notices and reasons, the coach's ratings and notes, measurements, personal goals and progress reports.
- From the Challenge Arena: results logged by the child or parent, and videos only if a parent allowed filming.
- About the parent: name, phone, language, and the consents given and when.
- Messages between the coach and the child and parents, including WhatsApp messages the app opens.
Why
To plan and run training, follow the child's progress, update parents (cancellations, changes, games), and keep the child safe. The basis is the club registration and the consents the parent gives in the app.
Who sees it
- The child's registered parents: everything about their child.
- The team's coaches and the club's managers.
- The child, if a parent opened an account for them.
- Other players in the club see a first name and last initial on record boards only if a parent allowed it. A child's video is shown to another child only in a duel both took part in, and only after both uploaded.
- We do not sell data or pass it on for advertising.
Child protection
- No private adult–child channel: parents are always in every conversation with the child.
- The message log is kept and cannot be edited or deleted, not even by the coach.
- Any video can be reported to the coach with one tap.
How long
- Videos are deleted automatically after 90 days. A club record approved by the coach is kept while the parent's filming consent stands. Withdrawing the filming consent deletes all the child's videos.
- A child who left: after a full year with no team and no activity, the child's personal details are removed automatically. Training data stays without a name.
- The message log is kept afterwards, without the child's name, for child protection.
Your rights
- Get the data: app settings → "Download the data", a file with everything held about the child.
- Correct: update the child's details in the app; for a rating or note you think is wrong, contact the coach.
- Delete: settings → "Request deletion". The club manager receives and carries out the request.
- Withdraw consent: filming, boards and duels, any time in settings. Every change is logged with a date.
Security and location
Data is stored with Supabase in the EU (Frankfurt), over encrypted connections. Access is limited by role: a parent sees only their children, a coach only their teams. Videos are kept in a private store and open only through a temporary link.
